Satisfy your sweet tooth while nourishing your body with Herbal Electuaries and Truffles! People have been getting nourishment from plants since the beginning of time. Discover the delight of combining simple pantry ingredients with wild crafted herbs to make candies that are both delicious and nutritious. Well discuss the health benefits of each of our ingredients, including chocolate, and then the aprons will go on! Participants will go home with a lovely batch of Herbal Electuaries and two types of herbal truffles, each decorated with your choice of toppings.

The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL. The 2023 Winter World University Games are coming to the Lake George Area for a once in a lifetime event. From January 12th to the 22nd, over 2,500 international athletes from 50 countries come to participate in winter sports competitions.
