Join David Vrendenburg, of Healing Circle Therapeutics LLC in the Salt Cave and experience a Full Moon Sound Journey as well as Halotherapy in our healing Himalayan Salt Cave! This Full Moon Sound Journey will allow you to experience a deep Theta brainwave state. Cost - $70 per person for 1-hour session including Halotherapy.

The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
