Our Country Western Dinner Menu: Fried catfish, St. Louis ribs, Country fried chicken, Home-style macaroni and cheese Fancy baked-beans, Corn on the cob, Salad bar, Peach cobbler dessert brought to your table. Cocktails available for separate purchase. Same day Luncheon Cruise will feature the above menu but different entertainment will be onboard. The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
