This is our 55th year, having a Moment of Silence honoring POW/MIA from past wars. The Warren County American Legion hosts this event. The Patriot Guard, American Legion Riders, and the Christian Riders will have a motorcade from the entrance gate to Prospect Mountain, to the assembly area just before 1pm. We are pleased to have the high school bands from Johnsburg and Warrensburg Central Schools play patriotic songs . There will be a moment of Silence followed by TAPS. Guest speaker Connie Service will share some of her personal history about Prospect Mountain (her father was instrumental in having the flag poles placed at the Summit.) Admission is free for this event. All are invited to the Lake George American Legion Post immediately following for a light lunch and fellowship. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to me at (518) 791-3458. I will be in touch with more info as it develops. Thank you, Paul Sears AL 629
