Yoga potpourri is for anyone wishing yoga could be more accessible and user friendly. Whether your brand new to yoga, experience limitations with yoga, feel yoga is just beyond your ability, or a seasoned yogini, this weekend is for you. We will explore different forms of yoga, such as, gentle yoga, chair yoga, restorative yoga, meditation instruction, chants, and yoga mudras. We will have a sound bath on Saturday night, to round out the experience. I invite you to come enjoy a wonderful weekend exploring the beauty of various forms of yoga. There will be meditation instruction and a lots of yoga tidbits to mull over. Stretch, Rest, Relax and Release.

The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
