Embark on a soul-nourishing exploration inspired by the timeless wisdom of Georgia O'Keeffe's "Lake George Reflection" painting. In this workshop, we invite you to immerse yourself in the harmonious blend of SOMA breathwork and painting, as we unravel the metaphorical layers of reflection and illumination in our lives.
Like ripples on a tranquil lake, our past experiences cast reflections that shape our present reality. Through the transformative practice of SOMA breath work, we'll gently navigate these reflections, allowing them to surface and integrate, paving the way for a clearer vision of our future. Guided by the serene ambiance of O'Keeffe's masterpiece, we'll harness the creative energy of painting to externalize our inner journey. Each brushstroke becomes a metaphor for our intentions, as we craft a visual narrative of our aspirations and desires.
Meet Maria Brown, MS, PWS, GISP, a visionary with a Master of Science in Ecology, Evolution & Environmental Science, whose passion for understanding life's interconnectedness extends beyond academia.
