$35 for the writing class
This class will offer an overview of nature journaling, time for participants to journal on their own, and a final circle for sharing.
Materials will be included but participants are always welcome to bring their own supplies they want to use and incorporate in their journal.
Starr is an interfaith minister, writer, and fervent nature journaler. She facilitates a regional group of nature journalers on Zoom and in person. Nature journaling is an effective way to deepen one’s connection to Mother Earth while cultivating inner peace and joy.
As an interfaith minister, she offers retreats, meditation classes, and spiritual direction.
The Festival Commons at Charles R. Wood Park, located at the southern end of historic Lake George, is an ideal location for your next event. With panoramic views of “The Queen of American Lakes,” event-goers can also take advantage of all that Lake George has to offer in terms of activities and sight-seeing, all within a very short walk from the grounds. The beauty and proximity of The Festival Commons at Charles R. Wood Park in Lake George offers something unique for each season and every occasion.
This facility is available to rent for your event and includes the following amenities: Three picnic pavilions, handicapped accessible public restrooms.horse coral, RV electric and water (no septic) and outdoor lighting.
The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
