Cost of the workshop is $55, this includes the use of a drum.
Spaces are limited. You do not have to attend the drum circle if you would just like to participate in the class.
Have fun learning hand drumming technique and West African/Caribbean Rhythms. No prior experience necessary, all skill levels welcome, drums and percussion provided or bring yours. Benefits: learn how to participate in drum circles, improve mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing, alleviate stress, enter a meditative state, develop creativity.
Drum and Dance Circle: Drum and/or dance around! Engage in a centuries old tradition that brings us all together. Olympia will facilitate the rhythms in the circle, playing rhythms learned in the class or creating new ones on the spot as we co-create the musical experience. Join us in this rhythmic conversation and synchronization of hearts through rhythm and dance. Drums and percussion provided.

This facility is available to rent for your event and includes the following amenities: Three picnic pavilions, handicapped accessible public restrooms.horse coral, RV electric and water (no septic) and outdoor lighting.
The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
