Jodie Seymour is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, integrative life coach, author and special educator. She works to help her students and clients lead more intentional, present, and joyful lives. Her book, Mindful Humaning: How To Stop Saying and Doing Things You Regret is available now on Amazon. Participates of this course will take a copy home with them.
