7:30 pm - For the 33rd year, the Adirondack Stampede Rodeo will roll into the Cool Insuring Arena on Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. each night. The Adirondack Stampede is a PRCA rodeo, featuring all the excitement of pro rodeo’s top national and regional competitors. With rodeo action enhanced by a professionally produced sound show, the Adirondack Stampede offers all the thrills of a two-hour roller coaster ride – complete with hardcore competition, crowd-pleasing entertainment and a show for all ages to enjoy. The Adirondack Stampede has become a community tradition benefiting local causes and or families in need. But the action doesn’t stop after the last bull is bucked – after the rodeo, everyone is invited to the Round-Up Party in the Cool Insuring Arena’s Heritage Hall. The Festival Commons at Charles R. Wood Park, located at the southern end of historic Lake George, is an ideal location for your next event. The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
