James Mullen, a gifted singer-songwriter from Queensbury, New York, will take the stage and captivate you with his soulful melodies and heartfelt lyrics. Drawing inspiration from renowned musicians like Jeff Tweedy, Jake Dylan, and Jackson Browne, James has established a unique presence in the folk music scene. Each week we will feature a talented local artist, playing solo or duo acoustic guitar, electric piano, percussion, and singing original songs and those you know and love, with rotating drink specials based on the music genre of the night! Whether you want to sample many of our wines with 2oz pours, enjoy a glass of your favorite wine, discover a new local micro-brew or cider, imbibe on one of our delicious wine cocktails featuring local spirits, or indulge in our dessert boards, we've got the spot for you to enjoy your night! This event is FREE but will require a $10 food or drink minimum per person. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee walk-in availability. We highly recommend making reservations in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your group sitting together! (Don't worry there's not a bad seat in the house!).
The Festival Commons at Charles R. Wood Park, located at the southern end of historic Lake George, is an ideal location for your next event. This facility is available to rent for your event and includes the following amenities: Three picnic pavilions, handicapped accessible public restrooms.horse coral, RV electric and water (no septic) and outdoor lighting.
The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
