Join the Fifes & Drums of Fort Ticonderoga for a special commemorative ceremony on Sunday. Experience all aspects of the life for this first American citizen-soldiers in 1775, from their weapons to their rations, and learn about what they believed would come from their sacrifice in the name of liberty. All day long, watch as these newly drafted American soldiers ply their civilian trades and help rebuild this military outpost.
The Festival Commons at Charles R. Wood Park, located at the southern end of historic Lake George, is an ideal location for your next event. With panoramic views of “The Queen of American Lakes,” event-goers can also take advantage of all that Lake George has to offer in terms of activities and sight-seeing, all within a very short walk from the grounds. The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
