4:00 pm - January 25th - 60-minute session - This class will be hosted by Adirondack Salt Cave LLC, 11 Broad Street Glens Falls NY. This practice will blend the benefits of yoga with Halotherapy and is suitable for all levels. All Props will be provided. Led by Kate Smith, Primal flow is the re-awakening of our primal nature through release of blocked energy and uniting the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine in all of us. Primal flow blends traditional Vinyasa with Buti Yoga techniques to link creativity and structural integrity. This format works with anatomical principles to bring dynamic, primal, and intuitive movement to life and emphasizes letting movement be our medicine. About Kate Smith, LMT - Kate is a mom, licensed massage therapist and fitness enthusiast. She has practiced massage therapy for 18 years, in California and New York. She enjoys many types of exercise, and found Buti yoga during lockdowns. After practicing in her living room for a few years decided it was time to get certified to teach. She is excited to bring this movement practice to the greater Glens Falls area. New to the teaching scene, these classes will be beginner level with the option for more advanced moves for the seasoned yogi. Kate graduated in 2004 with a Bachelors in Sports Medicine degree, moved to California and became a licensed massage therapist in 2006. Upon returning home to New York, Kate attended the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage and completed additional training required by New York and became a licensed massage therapist in New York.

The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
