Join Demetria Koninis, of Spa City Cello at the Adirondack Salt Cave and experience a Cello Sound Bath! Immerse yourself in the sounds of the Cello, Tibetan Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Ocean Drum, Singing Drums, and Bells while experiencing Halotherapy in the healing space of the Himalayan Salt Cave. Cello Sound Therapy is the use of vibrations and energy produced by the cello and the cellist to restore another human being on a cellular level. Sound therapy can be used to treat physical and mental conditions. The tonal vibration created by the cello penetrates the body to create deep relaxation.
The cellos sonic vibrations match those found within the human body and provide help for stress and anxiety relief, better sleep, feeling grounded, restoration of the body mentally, physically, and spiritually. Everyone feels and interprets sound differently and each person may have their own emotional/physical experience. This experience will be held at Adirondack Salt Cave, 11 Broad Street Glens Falls NY. Dress warm and comfortably! You will be lying in zero gravity chairs in the salt cave for an hour. A blanket and bottled water will be provided for you!

The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
