Seven-Course Wine Infused Dinner (6-9:30P): Indulge in a seven-course menu by Chef Colin Miner, known for his farm-to-table cuisine and bold flavors. Each dish is crafted with Adirondack Winery wines or Extreme Heights Ciders and paired with selections from Winemaker Courtney Rankin, who will present each course alongside Chef Miner, sharing insights into the inspiration and pairings.
Every bite and sip will showcase the careful artistry of our culinary and winemaking teams. From savory to sweet, watch Chef Miner plate each dish as flavors elevate and complement the wines.

The Festival Commons at Charles R. Wood Park, located at the southern end of historic Lake George, is an ideal location for your next event. With panoramic views of “The Queen of American Lakes,” event-goers can also take advantage of all that Lake George has to offer in terms of activities and sight-seeing, all within a very short walk from the grounds. The beauty and proximity of The Festival Commons at Charles R. Wood Park in Lake George offers something unique for each season and every occasion.
This facility is available to rent for your event and includes the following amenities: Three picnic pavilions, handicapped accessible public restrooms.horse coral, RV electric and water (no septic) and outdoor lighting.
The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL.
