Colonial Dinner at Seasoned, SUNY Adirondack Glens Falls, NY. Sponsored by the Warren County Commission for the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution on Thursday, October 16, 2025. 

The Warren County 250th Commission for the Anniversary of the American Revolution is excited to once again partner with Chefs Bolton and Mariano of the SUNY Adirondack Culinary School at Seasoned Restaurant for a colonial dinner featuring 18th century dishes, served in a buffet style setting. Cost is $60 per person. The doors open at 5:45 and dinner starts at 6. Menu details and reservations can be made through the Warren County Historical Society at secretary@wcnyhs.org or at 518-743-0734. Last day for reservations will be Thursday, October 9th.

The 250th Commission was organized to plan events and activities independently and in conjunction with other counties and the State of New York to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution. The group meets monthly at the Warren County Historical Society and maintains a website: www.warrenny250.com, a newsletter (you can sign up through the website), and a Facebook page.
