Join us for Fort William Henry’s First Annual Sportsman’s Dinner, an evening celebrating the outdoor lifestyle with exceptional food, exciting raffles, and incredible prizes.
Hosted in the Carriage House at the Fort William Henry Hotel, this special event brings together hunters, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts for a memorable night of great dining and sportsman tradition.

Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Carriage House – Fort William Henry Hotel, Lake George, NY
Tickets: $120 per person or $880 for a Captains Table
Includes a four-course dinner and multiple raffles and game.
Tickets must be purchased in advance.
4:00 PM – Doors Open
Cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres while guests browse raffle prizes.
5:00 PM – Dinner Seating
5:30 PM – Warm Duck Confit Salad
Frisée lettuce, roasted red peppers, pear, lardons, and caramelized shallot vinaigrette.
6:00 PM – Wild Boar Ribs
6:30 PM – Venison Bolognese
Rigatoni pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano, and fresh basil.
7:00 PM – Norwegian Apple Pie
Served with vanilla ice cream.
8:00 PM – Event Concludes
Throughout the evening, guests can participate in multiple raffles, live auctions, and games featuring an exciting assortment of firearms provided through the NRA prize package!
A 50/50 raffle will also take place, giving guests the chance to split the jackpot with the house.
All firearm prizes will be handled through a licensed dealer with proper background checks completed before transfer in accordance with New York State law.
Some prizes include a Kimber Custom LWDefend the 2nd 1911 .45CP, a Mossberg Silver Reserve .410-Bore Break-Action Over/Under-NRA Edition, Guitar signed by Travis Tritt, and a Fire Hose American Flag
Guests who reserve a full table of eight or more attendees will automatically be entered as a Table Captain for a special drawing. One lucky captain will win an exclusive firearm prize featured in our Captain’s Gun Raffle, displayed throughout the evening. Gather your group, reserve your table, and enjoy an extra chance to take home a premier prize.
All raffle proceeds support the Freedom Action Foundation, which works to advance constitutional freedoms and civic engagement across the country.
50% of funds raised support state-level grants, while the remaining 50% funds national grant programs that promote education, advocacy, and community initiatives.
