4th Annual RMHC 5K Family Fun Run

Get ready to run, walk, and celebrate for a great cause! Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2026, for the 4th annual RMHC 5K Family Fun Run, benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region.

Held at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences track & field facility, this event is designed for all ages and abilities. The morning kicks off with check-in at 8:00 AM, followed by the Kids’ Superhero Dash at 9:30 AM and the 5K run/walk at 10:00 AM.

But the fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! Throughout the morning, attendees can enjoy exciting family fun featuring bounce houses, face painting, and plenty of free activities for kids, plus delicious food from Ted’s Fish Fry and sweet treats from Kona Ice available for purchase. It’s the perfect way to spend a Saturday morning together, all while supporting families with sick and injured children.
