Steve began his career in sales over a decade ago, quickly finding a passion for building strong relationships and guiding teams to success. As he moved into management, Steve focused on driving results, fostering growth, and helping others reach their full potential. Leading teams across various industries gave him valuable insight into how to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach—a challenge he has always embraced.
In July 2022, Steve’s life took a significant turn when he underwent a heart transplant. This life-changing experience gave him a renewed sense of purpose, motivating him to continue growing both personally and professionally. Determined to make an even greater impact, Steve decided to pursue his MBA, believing that with this second chance, new opportunities would arise. His wife, Melissa, is also on a similar path, working toward her master’s degree, and together they are teaching their daughter, Isabella (Izzy), the importance of education, resilience, and never giving up. Izzy is preparing to start school, and they are excited for this new chapter in her life.
Through all of these changes, Steve’s love for sports has remained a grounding force. Growing up playing sports, and now as a fan of the New York Yankees and New York Giants, he draws inspiration from the lessons of teamwork, perseverance, and commitment. These values continue to shape who he is, both personally and professionally, as Steve looks forward to the future with his family by his side.
