Hosted by the Adirondack Brewery, the LGRCVB offered the ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification Program to local employers for their Food and Beverage workers to attend free of charge. This opportunity was granted to support and promote the standards in the restaurant industry in Warren County - ensuring safe food handling.
A local instructor was hired to teach a day-long course and finalize with the exam and certificate. There were 20 students who completed the course and the exam.
