The mission of the Silver Bay YMCA Conference & Retreat Center is to foster a lifelong sense of belonging, strengthen relationships, and nurture spirit, mind, and body for all. Silver Bay YMCA is a conference and family retreat center located in the Adirondack Park on the shores of Lake George. With over 700 acres and a mile of Lake George shoreline, Silver Bay is the perfect place for environmental conferences, corporate trainings, family reunions, family vacations, youth retreats, spiritual gatherings, weddings and so much more.
Silver Bay offers a variety of accommodations from economic dormitory-style lodging to luxury hotel accommodations as well as large guest houses and private cottages.
Silver Bay also offers an array of meeting spaces to fit the needs of your group, ranging from quaint enclosed pavilions and historic halls to a 700 person Auditorium and the brand new William Boyd Center Luther Wishard conference room that seats over 300 people. As a courtesy to all conferences and groups, Silver Bay provides standard audio/visual as well as conferencing equipment and set up at no additional charge.
Wiawaka Center for Women enriches, inspires and celebrates the growth of women through unique and relevant programming at a natural and peaceful setting.
During the “shoulder season” (May & June as well as September and October), Waiwaka welcomes groups to rent their facility. Groups may reserve our entire facility, including lodging for a weekend event. Small groups may reserve a meeting space, group meals and lodging. A group is any collection of 15 or more guests. These groups can be men or women.
