The Adirondack Thunder, an East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) affiliate of the NHL's New Jersey Devils, play rough 'n' tough, lightning fast, hard-hitting hockey all season long at the Cool Insuring Arena! These hockey match-ups are perfect for a group night out in Glens Falls.
Visit a Local Theater
Charles R. Wood Theater
The Charles R. Wood Theater is a year-round performing arts center with a 294 seat auditorium. Nearly 350 events happen at the Wood Theater each year including theater performances, musicals, concerts, dance performances, meetings, parties, weddings, rehearsals, auditions and educational classes.
Park Theater
Built in 1911, The Park Theater is a hot spot for concerts, events, theater and dance in vibrant downtown Glens Falls. The theater has been transformed into a state of the art performing space. Check the calendar of events to see the performance line up.
Before or after a performance, or for dinner and drinks, be sure to check out Doc's Restaurant in the lower level of the theater. Serving dinner with a menu of prime beef, fresh seafood, lobster rolls and decadent desserts. There is also a full bar, craft beers, craft cocktails and an impressive wine selection.

Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail
The Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail is a program of the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB, dedicated to the promotion of craft beverage makers.
The trail is a self-guided tour of 15+ beer, wine, cider, soda, and distilled spirits makers throughout Warren, Essex, Washington and Northern Saratoga Counties.

Rocksport Indoor Climbing Facility
Rocksport facility features huge indoor rock climbing walls and 50-foot ceilings. They have gentle challenges for the beginner; moderate terrain for the weekend warrior and fierce overhanging climbing for the expert. Guided group trainings and events are available.
Lake George Lanes and Games
Lake George Lanes and Games has 24 bowling lanes and automatic scoring, state of the art equipment, and every lane has a TV! For a unique treat, try Galactic Bowling - it's party central with music and a wild light show on Fridays and Saturdays.
Their on-site sports simulators offer the chance to play a simulated round of golf on the world's most famous courses such as Bethpage Black and Torrey Pines. Course packs feature 6 and 12 courses. There is also football, baseball, soccer and Zombie dodgeball.
The Fun Spot
Looking for a team building activity that brings the kid and the compeitor out of you? The Laser Tag Arena at The Fun Spot has a very futuristic appearance with a multi-level arena that is completely illuminated with LED lighting. It can be played by groups of 20 at a time in 15 minute intervals and they can even stage the next group to watch the briefing video while another group is in playing to speed groups through the attraction. If you need to pass some time between Laser Tag games, there is a modern arcade within feet of the Arena - filled with all the popular, new games that will be sure to keep you entertained!
