Mud Street Maple is a family-run maple farm in Thurman, New York, where the Wallace family has been producing pure Adirondack maple syrup for over 40 years. Now tapping more than 5,000 trees as the largest maple syrup producer in Warren County, they continue to craft their syrup using traditional wood-fired evaporators and hands-on techniques passed down through generations.
