Coordinate site inspections of hotels, meeting facilities, attractions, and points of interest.

Offer alternative and creative meeting locations in unique buildings and public spaces.

Identify area activities, events, and programs that attendees would enjoy

Pre-Planning Services

Solicit and present bid proposals from facilities that can accommodate your event
Arrange site tours and inspections of convention, meeting, and lodging facilities
Assist with attendance-building marketing efforts
Provide help with pre-convention publicity
Secure digital and print forms of welcome from the mayor and/or other officials

Coordinating Services

Supply maps, brochures, and information about the area
Assist with custom-planned programs for spouses or guests
Provide information on guided tours and local tourist attractions
Recommend theme ideas with activities unique to the Lake George Area

Convention Services

Provide convention registration packets with collateral materials and other goodies
Provide registration assistance and event hospitality greeters
Arrange welcome speakers from local government and community leaders
Provide shopping discount coupons
Distribute event welcome signage to local businesses
