Book an in-person or hybrid meeting with a minimum of 50 rooms to receive up to $500 toward the event’s total audio-visual cost.
As the nation and the meetings industry continues to evolve into a hybrid model, the Lake George Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau is offering the Meet Safely and Save Program to help generate new, hybrid meetings business, and provide support to both the
meeting planner and the hotel properties alike by offering to offset some of the audio-visual costs that may be incurred.
Additional Details:
Incentive amount is based on the total number of actualized rooms confirmed with the host property following event execution.
Audio-visual invoice will be required to determine amount of reward.
Check will be made payable to the contracted organization.
Promotion does not apply to tax exempt master bills or room nights.

Fine Print
- Check goes to host organization per contract with Tax ID.
- New business only: 5 years from date of event.
- If multiple year contracts are signed simultaneously, the group is eligible for each year contracted.
- A two-year rooms and F&B history is required.
